Quick fixes
My iPhone doesn't show up+
Unlock it, reconnect the cable and tap Trust. On Windows, install the free Apple Devices app first. Then click Refresh.
“Developer Mode is off”+
On the iPhone: Settings › Privacy & Security › Developer Mode. Turn it on, restart, and confirm.
The location went back to my real one+
Slink holds the location while it's connected. Keep Slink open and the iPhone on the same Wi-Fi, or use the iPhone app with LocalDevVPN turned on.
iPhone app: “Can't reach 10.7.0.1”+
Turn LocalDevVPN on. On cellular (no Wi-Fi), turn Airplane Mode on and then off once after starting LocalDevVPN; that lets it reach your iPhone. Slink re-applies your location automatically when you switch networks.
I need to cancel or update my card+
Use Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
